SAORSA Real Estate is "Amazon for housing", a platform for online leasing and mortgage of real estate around the whole world.

We're creating our own Financial Fund as an important part of SAORSA Real Estate Platform for financing purchases without any extra financial institution or mortgage bank. It allows you to do everything faster and simplier than it's ever been, from choosing the home of your dreams to closing the deal.

Traction - we have > 2000 preorders from our clients, that even exceeds our monthly sales forecast.

Tech Roadmap - we have application that is ready to launch, and supports very high usage.
Actually, we have built the Platform and a financial (mortgage/leasing) Fund that supports purchases from the Platform. We have developed many features which allow our clients to make payments in fiat money and cryptocurrencies, including immediate conversion.

Competitive Analysis. The main competitors are startup "Tomo" (the company raised $70M on pre-seed round in 2021, but they have not yet launched any product on the market) and startup "Flow" (Andreesen Horowitz invested $350M in Flow on pre-seed round in 2022. Flow is valued at $1 billion before it even officially opens its doors.)
